INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS
International customers will be asked to agree with our International shipping terms during checkout.
The United States Postal Service is unable to track small international packages once they leave the U.S. The USPS offers very inexpensive shipping options for international orders, and we have found that they are very reliable. Large international orders of will be trackable in a Priority Mail Box.
Because we are unable to track smaller international envelopes (less than $90.00) once they leave the United States, after shipping, international customers will have to assume all responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We will NOT be able to offer a refund or ship a replacement order for any lost or damaged parcel.
Each customer will be provided with a tracking number and proof of shipment. The package will be trackable throughout the United States and international customers will be able to confirm that there package indeed did ship from our location in Georgia. |
